The role:
Seeking Full-Time Collections Assistants based at our Auckland Airport Stores.
As a Collections Assistant you will be responsible for collecting orders for our Aelia Duty Free stores and The Mall website, you will be expected to provide a premium service to our customers collecting their pre-orders, purchased either in-store or on-line, in both a friendly and exceptionally efficient manner as well as additional duties such as:
- Reporting all errors and any issues to the relevant departments within the business
- Ensuring “re-packs” are treated with utmost urgency
- Record any packing errors on a daily basis
We are looking for staff who can commit to either of the below rosters:
- Morning Shift: Thursday – Monday from 4:30am – 1pm
- Afternoon Shift: Wednesday – Sunday from 12:30pm – 9pm
- Night Shift: Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm – 2am OR
- Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30pm – 5am
To perform to a high standard you will also need:
- Customer service focused with an emphasis on sales
- Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- Process driven and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative
- Experience in parcel delivery or retail/on-line shopping distribution would be a huge plus!
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience working in a large-scale retail environment would be an advantage
- High level of attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and customer service focused
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
